Sinopsis Cinta Elysa:
Cinta Elysa mengisahkan dilema yang dialami oleh Aril lakonan (Botak Juvana) yang terpaksa menjalankan tanggungjawab menjaga ibu saudara dan sepupu-sepupunya yang membenci dan memusuhinya. Watak ibu saudara yang benci sangat kat Aril dipegang oleh Zila Bakarin dan sepupunya yang perempuan nama Elysa ( lakonan Fasha Sandha).
Jasman bapa saudara kpd Aril ni mahu Aril menjaga dan memastikan keselamatan anak anak nya sebelum dia meninggal dunia, dia dah pesan kepada Aril supaya menjaga anak anaknya hingga mereka tamat pengajian.

Walaupun Aril ni nampak jahat dan liar tetapi dia dalam diam menaruh hati dan mencintai sepupunya Elysa…(heheh dalam hati ada taman gitu..seronok kan melihat Botak bercinta pulak kali ni ).
Oleh sebab cinta yg kuat kepada Elisa lah Aril masih duduk di rumah tu walaupun dibenci oleh mak saudaranya hari – hari. Elysa pada mulanya tak suka kat Aril, almaklumlah , Aril ni samseng..lagi mau tanya!? ( skrip Johan dalam Cinta Elysa) namun begitu lama kelamaan dia melihat Aril ni baikdan selalu melindungi dia dari diganggu oleh lelaki lain maka berputik la sayang dia kat Aril.. 
Kisah menjadi panjang lagi, apabila ibu saudaranya menghalauAril keluar dari rumah, dan waktu itu, Aril nekad membawa bersama Elysa. Aril menjalani kehidupan samseng untuk menyara diri dan Elysa.
His two good friends. Elysa tak suka Aril hidup mencari rezeki cara tak elok. Elysa nak Aril cari kerja yang halal dan menjalani kehidupan yang baik. ( Botak botak…ni mesti tak insaf ni buat kerja samseng, kena masuk sekolah budak nakal lagi le ni heheh) .
Demi cintakan Elysa, Aril cuba berubah dan mencari rezeki yang halal dan dia menerima segala nasihat dan teguran Elysa.
In short, Aril is the guy, Elysa is the girl. They are cousins.
Before Elysa's dad died, he told Aril to take care of his kids. (Elysa has another two younger brothers)
Her daddy's name is Jasman. He treated Aril like his own son.
But to the others, including Elysa's mom, Aril is precieved as gangster (samseng) and trouble-maker. He was hated by almost everyone except Elysa. Even then, he still stayed with all of them under the same roof just to make sure that the kids are ok.
With such a big responsibility, he had to work really hard to take care of Elysa and her siblings. Alysa's mom found a new boyfriend... who the worst person you could have ever be with!
Alysa had to move out of the house because her mom forced her to sign agreements to transfer the money Alysa's father left her to her mom's account.
Alysa's two younger brother hated their mother's boyfriend and left home to stay by the roadside. =(
Before Alysa's dad passed away, he told Aril to promise to make sure that Alysa's brothers finishes schools. So he took his promise seriously and pushed the kids back to school.
Lots of things happened in-between and Aril is in all of them, fighting for Alysa's late father.
In this movie, he plays an ego, hot-tampered and impatient boy. Elysa is the complete opposite. Which makes them very suitable for each other.
When he is angry, Elysa is always there to calm him down. =)
